Chair Massage Certification Program

To be Certified in the Seize the Day Chair Massage Technique:

1)  Memorize the Seize the Day technique and perform ten documented 20-minute chair
      massages to members of the general public.  
      (Massages are documented via client eval forms.)

2)  Have a 1.5-hour PTS (Private Teaching Session) with the instructor,
      Tom Darilek, demonstrating  your competency in doing the Seize the Day Technique. 
      This PTS involves trading chair massages with the instructor and receiving 
      constructive feedback (suggestions for improvement) from the instructor.
      This PTS costs $80.00.

3)  Master your technique by performing five more documented 20-minute chair
      massages to members of the general public.  
      (Massages are documented via client eval forms.)

4)  Have another 1.5-hour PTS  with Tom Darilek, demonstrating  your  mastery of the
      Seize the Day Technique.  This PTS involves trading chair massages with the
      instructor and receiving constructive feedback (if appropriate) from the instructor. 
      By now you should have mastered the Seize the Day technique to the instructor's
      satisfaction*.
      This PTS costs $80.00.

5)  Having mastered the Seize the Day chair massage technique, you receive a
      document of certification declaring that fact*.

*You must master the Seize the Day chair masssage technique to the instructor's
satisfaction or you will not receive the document of certification.  Most students have 
mastered the technique by the second PTS.  You may do more PTS's if necessary.  
If you initiate the certification process and then choose to opt out of the program, you will
still receive certificates of completion reflecting (in CEU's) your time spent in PTS's.
