- Link to the scheduler is imbedded in an email, broadcast internally by the Site Contact to all the participants, announcing the chair massage event.
- Participants schedule appointments from their desk (or any computer in the world).
- Easy registration and login/sign up procedures for each participant.
- Email Confirmation of each appointment sent to the participant AND the Site Contact.
- Easy cancellation/rescheduling procedures (also confirmed by Email).
- Separate Site Contact Administrative Interface (ie. Staff Login)
- Entire schedule viewable by the Site Contact with a few clicks of the mouse.
- Appointment Schedule prints out on a regular 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper.
